Position Description

Lindsey Doors CNC Router Operators are responsible for operating our nested-based routers used specifically for woodworking. Candidate must have experience in woodworking/composite nested based manufacturing and CAM. Experience with popular wood industry CNC machines from  Houmg and Anderson are a major advantage.

Position Requirements

  • Load and unload machine
  • Initiate programs and operate CNC for best quality output
  • Process pre-written nests per production requirements
  • Spot check – quality control as parts are milled
  • Maintain tooling database
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance
  • Clearly communicate with assembly downstream
  • Maintain all paperwork per ISO documentation

Qualifications

  • Good attitude – team player
  • 2+ years experience operating a CNC and 3 axis milling machine
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • 5 Axis Hoamg and/or Anderson experience will move you to the front of the line
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on occasion

Position Description

Lindsey Doors Packing & Shipping Associates are responsible for packing and shipping pallets of cabinetry products that are produced by the company. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material as well as receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material and completing other projects as assigned by managers. Other projects may include: shop cleaning and organization, packing, cleaning, and shop assistance.

Position Requirements

  • Compares contents, counts, weighs and measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bill of landing, invoices, orders and other records
  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas
  • Stack or pile materials such as pads, boxes, etc.
  • Read documents including work orders, customer orders, bill of ladings, and shipping orders
  • Determine units to be moved, gathered, distributed, picked up and/or shipped
  • Record shipment data including weight, charges, space availability, damages and discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes
  • Correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
  • Determine available amounts, such as space available and storage
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
  • Perform area housekeeping
  • Assist with counting and verifying inventory
  • Perform as a Floater – Assist in other departments as needed
  • Observes and adheres to all safety rules and regulations
  • Forklift – Obtain and maintain certification through an OSHA approved forklift certification program
  • Lift up to 50 ounds repeatedly throughout the day

Position Description

Lindsey Doors Box Truck Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading pallets of cabinetry products from the truck, delivering cabinetry products to customers within a certain route, communicating with dispatch personnel, interacting with customers, operating company vehicle, reading maps, keeping accurate records, submitting receipts and executed paperwork to Supervisor in timely manner, and completing other projects as assigned by managers. Other projects may include: shop cleaning and organization, packing, truck cleaning, and shop assistance.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years recent box truck driving experience
  • Valid drivers license issued by the State of California
  • Pass MVR record check and report any MVR discrepancy
  • Pass onsite road test.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to use a pallet jack and forklift
  • Experience towing trailers (1 & 2 axel)
  • Ability to read road maps
  • Ability to operate software, mobile phone, and technology
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Ability to pass random drug screenings
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers, coworkers, and managers
  • Ability to work independently without supervision

Lindsey Doors Outside Sales Consultants are independent sales professionals with a network of current contacts in markets the company conducts business. These markets include, but are not limited to: cabinet companies, contractors, home builders, architects, interior designers, renovation specialists, furniture makers, and engineering firms.

Position Requirements

Outside Sales Consultant frequently travel assigned region to meet with new, prospective customers that would be interested in the cabinetry products the company manufactures. You will:

  • Manage a pipeline of activity from prospect to delivery by following up with all leads and contacts
  • Meet minimum sales targets as set by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Develop self-generated leads and appointments with potential customers
  • Participate in retail and commercial channel lead generation activities
  • Engage in local lead generation activities as defined by the metro market
  • Maintain current knowledge of Lindsey Doors products and capabilities

Position Description

Lindsey Doors Inside Sales Associates also act as company Account Managers and work with existing and new, prospective customers in markets the company conducts business. These markets include, but are not limited to: cabinet companies, contractors, home builders, architects, interior designers, renovation specialists, furniture makers, and engineering firms.

Position Requirements

Inside Sales Associates create and build long-term relationships with their customers. Individual is responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer base and providing customer service to accounts including order entry, quoting, samples and customer follow up.

The goal is to develop and maintain increased market share and new business to accounts throughout the assigned territory. Inside Sales Associates  collaborate with field sales team in performing various sales activities as assigned by the Sales Manager. Primary responsibilities include prospecting, discovery of needs, proposal presentations and completion of the sales process. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Outbound calling to potential and established customers to create and cultivate inside sales territory
  • Share responsibility with customer entry on the phone or the web
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
  • Performs discoveries, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations for clients
  • Work in collaboration with partnered field sales teams and internal contacts to set account and territory plans to meet or exceed sales quotas on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis
  • Record and track sales activities in current management program
  • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
  • Develop accounts by checking customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features
  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Ability to establish and expand relationships with our suppliers as well as assigned customers
